All Pro plans are one-time prepaid purchases. We never automatically charge your card or account when a period ends:

- **3 Months (3 Bulan)**: Rp 48.000 (Rp 38.500 without bundled AI credits) — 90 days of Pro access.
- **6 Months (6 Bulan)**: Rp 90.000 (Rp 72.000 without bundled AI credits) — 180 days of Pro access.

## 3. Pay-As-You-Go AI Credits

AI features (CV Roasting, Interview Question Practice, Career Coaching) use a separate, flexible credit system:

- **Free Signup Bonus**: 2,000 free credits automatically upon creating an account.
- **Credit Top-Up**: Available anytime starting from **Rp 10.000** via local payment methods (QRIS, GoPay, OVO, Virtual Account Mandiri, BNI, BRI, Permata, CIMB Niaga). *(Note: Payments via BCA / BCA Virtual Account are currently not supported).*
- **No Expiration**: Purchased credits never expire as long as your account remains active.
- **Fair Use**: You only spend credits when you actively choose to use an AI evaluation tool.

## 4. Payment Security & Refund Policy

- **Licensed Payment Gateways**: Payments are processed through regulated Indonesian payment partner Duitku using TLS 1.3 encryption and PCI-DSS compliance. RakitCV never stores your financial credentials.
- **No Auto-Debit Surprises**: We do not store your credit card for automatic recurring deductions. You remain in 100% control of when and how you renew.
- **Refund Policy**: Digital subscriptions and credit bundles are final and non-refundable once activated, as described in our [Terms of Service](https://rakitcv.com/terms).

**Q: Is the free plan really free?**  
A: Yes. You can create up to 3 CVs, edit them as often as you like, and download unlimited watermark-free PDFs without paying anything.

**Q: What payment methods are supported?**  
A: We accept QRIS (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and national bank Virtual Accounts (Mandiri, BNI, BRI, Permata, CIMB Niaga, Danamon). Please note that BCA is currently not supported.

**Q: What happens to my CVs if my Pro plan expires?**  
A: Your existing CVs and data remain safe and accessible. You will not lose your saved resumes or application records; only the ability to create additional CVs beyond the free limit will pause until you renew.

**Q: Can I use RakitCV without creating an account?**  
A: Yes. You can build, format, and download your CV entirely in your browser without signing up. An account is only needed if you want cloud sync or AI features.
