## 4. Subscriptions, Payments & AI Credits

- **Free Tier**: Free tier users enjoy access to standard templates, unlimited PDF exports, up to 3 CV slots, and basic Application Tracker functionality (up to 25 applications) with zero fees.
- **Pro Tier**: Pro subscriptions offer extended limits (up to 100 CVs, 250 application tracker slots, and access to all premium templates). Subscription periods are prepaid and **do not automatically renew** without your explicit confirmation.
- **AI Credits**: AI features operate on a prepaid credit system. Credits purchased do not expire as long as your account remains active and RakitCV remains operational. All credit purchases and digital transactions are final and non-refundable.

- **Your Content**: You retain 100% ownership and all intellectual property rights to the resumes, cover letters, and career materials you create on RakitCV. RakitCV claims no ownership or copyright over user-authored documents.
- **Accuracy**: You represent that the information entered in your resumes is accurate, lawful, and does not misrepresent your qualifications or infringe upon third-party rights.
- **Platform IP**: The RakitCV platform, visual interface, logos, brand assets, and custom template designs are the property of RakitCV and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
