Introduction

Welcome to RakitCV! By using our service, you agree to these terms. We tried to keep them simple and readable.

The Service

RakitCV provides:

• Free resume building and PDF export
• Optional AI-powered resume review (paid via credits)
• Generous cloud storage (up to 100 CVs) and application tracking for Pro subscribers

Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you do create one, you're responsible for keeping your login information secure. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Payments & Credits

For AI features and Pro subscription:

• You purchase credits to use AI features
• Credits are non-refundable and do not expire while RakitCV continues operating and your account remains active
• Pro subscriptions grant premium access for a specific prepaid period (monthly/annually). Subscriptions will not automatically renew unless you explicitly enable auto-renewal in your account settings.

Service Availability

Some parts of RakitCV may be described as 'forever' or 'lifetime' for our free features. These terms mean you can use the relevant feature without a recurring subscription while the service is available, subject to these terms and fair use.

• PDF exports and other service features are subject to normal technical limits, abuse prevention, maintenance, outages, and fair use.
• Lifetime access to free features is tied to the continued operation of RakitCV. They do not guarantee that the website, cloud storage, AI providers, payment providers, or related services will be available forever.
• If we decide to permanently close RakitCV or remove a feature, we will try to provide reasonable notice and, where practical, a way to export your data before access ends.

Your Content

You own your resume content. We don't claim any rights to it.

You're responsible for the accuracy of information in your resume. Don't put false information — that's on you, not us.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or use the service for illegal purposes. But honestly, we hope it never comes to that.
